Last updated: October 3, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how TTMarketing (“TTMarketing”, “we”, “us” or “our”), located in Langley, British Columbia, Canada, collects, uses and protects information in connection with our Google Ads services for contractors and local service businesses, and in connection with this website.

In summary: we do not sell personal information, we do not share it with anyone other than Google as required to run your advertisements, and we use only the information necessary to create and manage your advertisements.

2. Information We Collect

We limit the information we collect to what is necessary to provide our services. Depending on your dealings with us, this may include:

  1. contact information that you provide to us by telephone or email, such as your name, telephone number and email address;
  2. business information required to prepare your advertisements, such as the services you offer, the areas you serve, your website address and the telephone number you wish to appear in your advertisements; and
  3. advertising performance information, such as the number of telephone calls and quote requests generated by your advertisements and the searches that led to them.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above only to:

  1. create, manage and improve your Google advertisements;
  2. track the telephone calls and quote requests generated by your advertisements;
  3. communicate with you regarding your advertisements and account; and
  4. maintain records required for billing, accounting and legal purposes.

We do not use your information for any other purpose.

4. Information Provided to Google

Our services are delivered through Google Ads, a product of Google. To operate your advertisements, certain information must be entered into Google Ads. We enter only the information necessary for that purpose, which typically consists of:

  1. your business name, services and website address;
  2. the advertisement text, search terms (keywords) and service areas that we select for you;
  3. the telephone number displayed in your advertisements; and
  4. call and quote tracking information, so that we can determine which advertisements generate genuine inquiries.

Once information has been provided to Google, Google’s collection, use and disclosure of that information is governed by Google’s own policies and not by this Privacy Policy. Please refer to the following:

5. No Sale or Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not disclose your information to any third party, except (a) to Google, solely as described in Section 4 so that your advertisements can run, and (b) where disclosure is required by law.

7. Retention

We retain your information only for as long as it is needed to provide our services and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. After that time, we delete the information or remove any details that identify you.
